Find your passion for vet med again! Our busy 2-doctor practice is looking to add a full-time Registered Veterinary Technician or a Veterinary Assistant to our team! RVTs should be licensed in California. Veterinary Assistant Controlled Substance Permit is preferred for unlicensed assistants but not required. Must be able to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 40 pounds. Candidate should be a team-player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital. A good attitude, attention to detail, caring nature, and a willingness to continuously learn are an absolute must. Duties will include, but are not restricted to, surgical prep, general nursing, assisting, radiography, and triage. We offer competitive pay and benefits. Applicants must submit a resume in order to be considered for this opportunity. **SIGN-ON BONUS INFORMATION** $2000.00 sign-on bonus for RVTs OR $1000.00 sign-on bonus for veterinary assistants. Bonus is payable after 90 days of full-time employment with no disciplinary action. Employee must stay on staff full-time for at least 18 months. Bonus must be taxed per the IRS.
