This position will provide high-level administrative support, maintain calendars, schedule appointments, follow-up on action items, coordinate meetings and conference calls, take and report minutes for Board meetings, maintain master calendar of events; and assist with travel arrangements for administrators. Performs a variety of clerical duties in support including filing; preparing purchase orders and check requests; processing out-going mail; opens, sorts date-stamps, screens and distributes department in-coming mail; and may run miscellaneous errands; provides organizational support to maintain files, processes time sheets, vacation requests, etc.



Great Pay up to $40K
