Job Description:



Primary function is to escort, provide tours (if requested) and "watch" guests, visitors, international observers who visit the facility. Takes people skills and customer facing skills to work with others as they will be representing GE.



Secondary Function: This is a utility role where the person will provide whatever assistance the testing operation needs such as clerical, filing, following up on issues/orders, moving product (less than 40 pounds), assisting flexibly whatever is asked of them. (The do NOT do testing but will assist testers as needed.)



Some of the duties will require being outside as well as within the facility with the people they may be escorting.



REQUIREMENTS



Experience in administrative background, clerk background, operations assisting, customer service roles



Key requirement is FLEXIBILITY - schedules will be on 1st and 2nd shifts and will rotate per management needs. Weekend work and OT will also be required as needed (should be rotated between workers.) Need to be able to work all shifts and weekends when required. Also FLEXIBILITY in duties - must be willing and able to do whatever is asked of them to support operations -- with a good attitude!



Should be be able to use Microsoft Office, excel and outlook .



HS Diploma required



Strong communication skills.



Ability to lift 40 pounds if required



Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift as required.. More...
