Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for their growing manufacturing facility.Responsibilities:Will manage operations on shiftWill hire, train and develop shift employeesEnsure product quality is at the highest standardParticipate on and lead continuous improvement projectsTroubleshoots manufacturing challenges and determines corrective actionUphold company safety regulations and ensure that they are followedRequirements/Skills:Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree is preferred but not required.
