This Accounts Receivable Assistant Position Features: ? Great Pay to $33K Large manufacturing facility with multiple business sites is seeking an experienced well-rounded accounting professional skilled in Account Receivables/Payables with General Ledger experience. DUTIES: Process high volume of payments and invoices - Work off of aging reports to get payments in - Running credit reports - Setting up credit accounts - Must be able to identify errors on invoicing - Covering the receptionist during lunch breaks QUALIFICATIONS: 3-4 years AR/AP experience - Experience with Multi-site accounting - Experience working with General Ledger and other accounting areas outside of A/R/AP: Up to $33k Benefits 401K Medical/Dental APPLY TODAY!
