RESPONSIBILITIES: Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable.Experience processing over 60 invoices per day. Perform month end accounts receivable to general ledger balances, analyze accounts receivable general ledger. Perform research and reconciliation of complex accounts receivable invoices and billing disputes. Assist in the development and maintenance of Credit & Collection and Accounts Receivables/Payables policies & procedures. Provide financial reports; manage monthly aging reports; using MS Excel. Identify areas for process improvements. Review aging on a weekly basis, reconcile payments and settlements, and review payments for accuracy



REQUIREMENTS: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors or Associates in Accounting is preferred. Experience with MRI a plus! Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable. Must be proficient and detail oriented in Microsoft Excel, 10-key, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Must have excellent customer service skills, and a professional demeanor. Knowledge of accounting software a huge plus (Quick Books, Great Plains, Sage, Quicken, Peachtree, MAS 90, ADP). Apply for this great position as an Accounting Clerk today!
