Qualifications

One of the following - U.S. high school diploma, GED or equivalent from a U.S. institution, California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) certificate.
Valid California driver's license.
1 year of general construction experience is highly preferred.

1st Shift - $20 - $25 per hour
Maintenance Worker Job Responsibilities

Perform general and preventative maintenance on housing units and government buildings (painting, drywall repair, plumbing repairs, carpentry, new installs, etc.)
Prepare job sites for tasks.
Job site cleanup, sweeping, and debris removal.
Install/replace rain gutters, water heaters, refrigerators, new light fixtures, toilets, faucets, countertops, etc.
Clean and maintain tools and other equipment.
Prioritize safety at all times.
