The Role: - Lead Brands sales-related strategies and execution on behalf of our brand partners at Walmart.
- Responsible for leading team to achieve overall sales targets, KPIs and goals.
- Identify categories in need of diversified supplier and lead efforts to create a Walmart multi-channel strategy and ensure maximum sales/profitability results, in partnership with the brand.
- Provide outstanding communication and service as a liaison between Walmart and our brands.
- Plan and lead sales negotiations on behalf of our brand partners.
- Coach our brand partners on thriving in a complex and ever-changing retail landscape.
- Present unique and creative opportunities to Walmart of new Private Label initiatives + program opportunities
- Partner with Business Development team on growth initiatives and strategies.
- Explore complimentary partnerships + cross department opportunities to help drive incremental sales.
- Ensure team is following best practices that drive consistencies and efficiencies.
- Collaborate with Operations Leadership to flawlessly execute for our brands.
- Proactively leverage competitive market data to inform brand strategies and direction.
- Constantly analyze brand performance and provide action-oriented insights and recommendations.
The Qualifications: - Minimum of 8+ years in sales experience working directly with Walmart.
