In this role, you'll lead and manage multi-million-dollar projects with budgets up to $30M. As will be part of the senior leadership team and report to the Plant Manager. Develop 1 to 5 year capital plan with various functions such as Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Finance.
Lead capital projects that improve automation, safety, quality, reduce costs, improve production efficiencies, and customer service.
Provide engineering thought leadership in the fields of automation and production design
think creatively and proactively.
Resource multi-million dollar Capital Projects together with Corporate Engineering. Qualifications: Qualifications:
Engineering Degree or related degree.
10+ years of relevant experience in engineering / manufacturing e.g., in Food/Beverage/Pharmaceutical/petroleum/automotive/commercial construction.
Strategy and Budget planning of multi-million dollar projects.
Ability to collaborate as a member of a senior level innovation think tank
