We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position in our In-Home Care department. This role will involve providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes located in Fort Smith, AR.Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of previous experience as an RN in a home health setting or a related healthcare field.The responsibilities of the RN may vary depending on the specific work environment, but they generally include: Conducting in-home patient assessments and developing personalized care plans based on individual patient needs. Providing skilled nursing care such as wound care, medication management, and other nursing procedures. Educating patients and their families on effective health management and disease prevention strategies. Collaborating with various healthcare team members including physicians, therapists, and social workers. Accurately and promptly documenting patient care in electronic medical records. Keeping knowledge of nursing practices and trends in home health care up to date.In order to be considered for this position, applicants must have the following qualifications: An active RN license in the state of AR. Previous experience in home health care or a related healthcare field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and manage multiple patients. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Comfortability with electronic medical records.
