A company is looking for an Interim Senior People Operations Advisor (f/m/x) on a project-based contract.



Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to manage global payroll and benefits
Coordinate payroll processes in multiple countries and with external partners
Manage open enrollment and benefits administration in the US


Required Qualifications:

Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced tech scale-up environment
Expertise in global payroll management, particularly in Germany, the US, Canada, and the UK
Familiarity with benefits management, especially in the US
Experience working with EOR partners for global employee onboarding
Proficiency in DATEV, BambooHR, and fluent in English (German proficiency is a plus) More...
