This sub-acute setting has a case load with a majority of orthopedic replacements and fractures as well as stroke patients.At Advanced Health Care we offer all private patient suites, exceptional staff-to-patient ratios, and a state of the art therapy gym.The CNA position plays a vital role in the patient's recovery process. Each CNA is responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, dining services and electronic health record charting._*The CNA to patient ratio at Advanced Health Care of Scottsdale is one of the best in the valley!!!*__*FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE NOW:*__*DOUBLE WEEKEND SHIFT - 6am-10:30pm Saturday & Sundays*_The full time CNA position offers full benefits & competitive wages.Duties:- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse- Assist with ambulation and transfers- Serve patient meals in dining room, assist with feeding of patients, adhering to any special diet needs- Complete charting in electronic health record- Adhere to facility policies and proceduresNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
