You will be the technical leader and be the primary decision maker for program
cost, schedule and technical issues for for Honeywell Anthem Avionics Displays
and Graphics.-- You will lead
prioritization of work packages, design goals and objectives, and drive overall
program performance.Key
Responsibilities-Create roadmap and functional plans to meet program objectives and schedule-Attending program Technical and Change Control Board (TRB/CCB) meetings-Ownership of the Agile Scrum Earned Value performance-Drive execution to functional development plans-Cross-IPT planning and coordination----U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorizationYOU MUST HAVE-Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an engineering discipline-10+ years experience in engineeringWE VALUE-Strong management operating system that facilitates communication-Ensures that departmental core competencies include continuous PE skill development.-Understand of business objectives and more importantly the ability to interact with our customers-Work with functional leaders to prioritize resources and implement project objectives.-Persuade to influence other to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches-Business acumen - knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relating to discipline and application within the industry-Significant experience in engineeringAdditional Information
