Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee a System-wide hospital compliance program to ensure adherence to healthcare laws and regulations
Manage hospital compliance auditing program and oversee responses to audits
Maintain expertise in relevant laws and regulations, monitor trends, and provide leadership to the compliance team


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field
Seven years of health care compliance experience with at least five years in a leadership role
Compliance certification (Certified in Health Care Compliance)
