Improve business and family comfort, protection and productivityThe Director of Aftermarket Strategy & Analysis will be responsible for developing, maintaining, & gaining traction on strategy, business policy, & key aftermarket metrics.-- The successful candidate will be focused primarily on the Airlines vertical market, but may flex to support other areas.-- Key responsibilities include market research & analysis to identify growth opportunities, aftermarket platform strategies, RMU strategy, governance over 3rd party access to aftermarket intellectual property, & support ad hoc assignments.-- --This role involves extensive cross functional engagement including stakeholders from Sales, GBE, C&PS, ABMs, &. The successful candidate must have a track record of driving results through influencing, demonstrate acumen in building effective business cases, have or rapidly accumulate airlines aftermarket domain expertise, & demonstrate an effective blend of strategic thinking & pragmatism.The scope includes a mixture of recurring activity such quarterly MSA profitability reporting, but is largely project based through an annual goal deployment process where the candidate defines, socializes, & then executes projects that drive growth, margin, or operational efficiency.-- The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter, who can identify opportunity, recommend, & implement strategy or policy changes efficiently.-- Position Responsibilities Develop & maintain aerospace level aftermarket metrics including share of repair, revenue on contract, EIS revenue, etc.Oversee aftermarket IP strategy related to technical data, return to service test equipment, and airlines designation policy/adjudicationCollaborate with airlines CBT's to identify & drive growth initiativesOwn aftermarket platform strategy development & socialization across functional stakeholdersPrimary focus is on airlines aftermarket but will flex to cover other verticals on project by project basis and will likely take on ad hoc assignments that drop in over the course of the year.Data analysis using Excel/Access/business systems to inform decisions using internally or externally sourced data such as price, cost, reliability, market size, SPEX exchanges.Market research, either direct or in collaboration with Strategic Marketing, Sales, & other functions to improve competitive intelligence & inform pricing, terms & conditions, customer segmentation, etc.YOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree from an accredited University in Marketing, Economics, Business, Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, or related field.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing, Business Execution, Project/Program Management, Sales, Integrated Supply Chain, Engineering, or related functional roles.Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and writtenWE VALUE: |
