An ideal candidate should practice excellent, evidence-based patient care, and should be comfortable treating patients of all ages. Required Qualifications

• AZ NP license
• DEA certification
• CPR certification
• Board certified in field
• Preference given to Spanish and English fluency Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages
  • Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results
  • Perform therapeutic procedures with prioritizing preventative care
  • Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload
