The duties of a Therapy Aide include the following:Assisting therapists and other medical personnel with their daily responsibilities, tasks, and activities.Organizing, cleaning, and maintaining clinic materialsAssists therapists with children when they need assistanceTranslating for therapists or childrenPreparation of classes and sessions materialsAssist patients and their families with the transition to and from therapyParticipate in sessions with therapists to help therapists achieve clinical outcomes, interacting with patients during therapy activities as directed by therapist (e.g. singing songs, assisting with art activities, etc)Performing administrative and clerical duties.Assist with greeting clients and client registrationPreparing Therapy SessionsRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Bilingual in SpanishAt least three years of experience working with children.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required at some locationsAbility to acquire a Fingerprint Clearance Card.Self-MotivatedMust be comfortable speaking to clients and staff membersBenefitsExcellent comprehensive health benefit package that includes health, dental and vision.401(k) program40 hours of PTO & Sick Time OffPaid Holidays & Paid Birthday benefitReimbursement of professional development/CEUsEOS gym MembershipAnd more!Come grow with us and join an organization that's committed to the future of our children and families!
