• Employment Type: TravelRequired to work weekends, potentially 3 weekend shifts per contract. Rotating shifts such as evenings and holidays. Floating is required within the hospital. 2 Years of Case Management experience is required. 2 years of travel experience is required. Case Manager Nurses ensure patients receive appropriate and cost-effective quality care. Works directly with patients and their family members to conduct assessments & analyze data to determine patient's needs. Collects data while working closely with the members of the patient's health care team. Case load of roughly 20-30 patients per day. BLS Required. Permanent address must be 75+ miles from the facility.Sunshine Travel Nurses Job ID #5.
