• The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000+ depending on experience

• Full support staff Responsibilities
  
  • Monday Friday (8:00am 5:00pm)
  • Maintain patient records, perform physical exams, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
  • Treat acute and chronic illnesses, conditions and injuries that fall under primary care Requirements
    
    • Clear and active FNP license in the state of Arizona
    • 1 year minimum of primary care experience
    • Bilingual in Spanish
