Job Title:Senior Digital Banking Operations AnalystLocation:CityScapeWhat you'll do:The position of Sr. Digital Banking Operations Analyst acts as the subject matter expert for all Treasury Management (TM) banking products and services. This position is responsible for working closely and collaboratively with the Enterprise Project Management Office, Product Office, Treasury Management Sales & Support, Marketing, and IT relative to TM & Digital Banking product support, testing and roll-out. Digital Banking Operations (DBO) is responsible for providing Tier 2 support for Western Alliance Bank's online banking and payment platforms. In this role, the Senior Analyst will work production support cases to identify, assess, and restore service to production incidents. Will run special projects, develop training material, act as a technical liaison to our IT department and develop/maintain operational control procedures.What we are looking for: - Perform as the subject matter expert for the Treasury Management & Electronic Banking Products and services offered by the bank. Performs testing of product enhancement releases, user acceptance testing, participates in business continuity testing, and incident resolution.
- Troubleshoots vendor-supported and internally hosted applications. Engages with correct departmental/vendor resources to assist with service restoration.
- Direct responsibility for coordination of special projects relative to gathering data, reporting, etc. for management, audit, and other departments as assigned.
- Partner with our Product, Marketing, and Training departments for document release and product functionality updates. Communicates with stakeholders to deliver these product updates.
- Responsible for maintaining logs for product issues, enhancements, defects, and testing of electronic banking applications and treasury management services.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and recommend/implement remediation efforts.
- Develop trend reporting via data analytics tools to be used for SLA management, volume trends, recurring issues, process improvements, etc.
- Perform support queue management, ensuring timely assignment and routing of production issues to the correct analyst or support group.
- Participate in an on-call support rotation.What you need to have:
