The work: Your role will require you to directly work with the client, the Accenture Account Leads, and Google to enable data-led, digital transformation in the areas of digital marketing, sales enablement, and customer success initiatives. You will be running the deal. You will be accountable for shaping new deals, developing the sales strategy, aligning the teams to that strategy, and leading the team through both our internal processes and client processes to close the deals. Your focus will primarily be on Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud as the primary technologies with Song's wide portfolio of marketing, sales, and customer success offerings that support implementation and enablement. Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities: - Originate, qualify, and close new opportunities for Accenture clients that leverage Google technology to drive customer growth and/or operational efficiencies.
- Work with Accenture Song Industry leadership teams to embed Google's Data and AI technology in existing Song offerings to further drive value for clients.
- Master Google's growth strategy and align this strategy with Accenture market unit-specific business opportunities to increase win rates and grow sales.
- Lead joint account planning sessions between Accenture and Google to align and accelerate existing opportunities.
- Leverage customer data and lead the team performing rigorous analysis to identify potential value-creating opportunities, creating the business case, and developing the requirements to implement the strategy.
- Be a thought leader in performance marketing, customer experience trends, solutions, and related qualitative & quantitative aspects, and help Industry Leads in creation of a digital value architecture.
- Develop requirements to ensure technology vision and recommendations encompass Accenture Song assets, products, and services.
- Work with Google's sales team to align on clients' overall objectives and metrics for success.
- Provide strategy development and solution development to support new business activities and existing client relationships.
Here's what you'll need: - Minimum of 10 years of client-facing experience with demonstrated experience as a proactive leader
- Minimum of 5 years of experience selling customer data and analytics solutions that drive enhanced experience, passionate of solutioning Data and AI technology or services (i.e., Google, Adobe, or Salesforce)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Sales capture and/or delivery and closing deals that include significant process change, technology implementations, process outsourcing, and/or technology outsourcing on Google platforms
