You will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the success and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.This position will be worked on site at the 1300 W Warner Rd., Tempe, AZ locationIn this role, you will impact the production processes by leading a team of operators and technicians, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage the production operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Lead a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance and support.

  • 2+ Supervisory experience in production or manufacturing--
