Job Title: Housekeeping Inspector

Job Summary: Join our team at one of our resort locations we service in Scottsdale, Arizona as a Housekeeping Inspector. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of guest rooms while delivering exceptional service to guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas and guest rooms, including lobbies, corridors, and recreational spaces.
  
• Monitor and restock supplies and amenities in public areas and guest rooms to maintain guest satisfaction.
  
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely setup and breakdown of events and activities in public areas.
  
• Promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
  
• Provide outstanding customer service by being courteous, helpful, and attentive to guest needs.
  
• Enforce adherence to safety and sanitation protocols to uphold the resort's standards.
  
• Assist management by fulfilling other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the resort.
  
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  
  
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
    
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
    
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
    
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent service.
    
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the resort's schedule.
    
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
