Records all entires, vital signs, and data using the appropriate manual forms or electronic charting. -Create and maintain a calm atmosphere throughout the unit and through the shift. -Monitors for any resident change of condition and promptly reports to the nurse. -Assists with performing tasks that adhere to residents' plan of care and choice in resident-centered environment. -Reports to: Director of NursingFLSA: -Non-exempt -Minimum Qualifications:Minimum Education
x High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - -Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. - -Required Skills
Certifications:
x Basic Life Support (BLS) AND First Aid OR First Aid CPR AED within 30 days of hire
x Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
