Our client is currently seeking an Engineering Manager for their manufacturing facility in Southern California.Responsibilities:*Ensure all resources are being used efficiently and effectively*Ensure all subordinates and following all laws and guidelines including OSHA, Cal-OSHA, and EPA guidelines*Responsible for new product development and design validation*Works with internal and external customers on projects*Determine engineering feasibility and cost effectiveness for new and existing products*Ensure safe work practices are followed*Oversee skills training and development of employees*Supervise all direct reports, complete reviews and provide feedbackRequirements:*Engineering degree*strong CNC machining and metals experience*5+ years technical experience in the aerospace industry preferred*Project management experience*Design engineering experience*Formal Continuous Improvement experience*Strong analytical ability*Excellent communication skills*Proven leadership abilityCompany offers excellent financial package including bonus, great benefits and some relocation assistance.UI821029 More...
