We support our clinicians in building a thriving caseload based on a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance.We seek a Full Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Huntsville, AL.Schedule:HybridCompensation:The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.Requirements:Active, clear Alabama PMHNP licensetwo years of post-licensure experienceStrong diagnostic and evaluation skillsComfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentationsAbility to provide patient education, specifically regarding medication treatment adherence and aftercare services.Ability to provide psychiatric assessmentExperience with health psychologySelf-motivated, ambitious, and can quickly build rapport with clientsAbility to counsel patients using advanced psychotherapeutic techniques, including in group settings, if neededExperience working with older adultsExperience with couples or family counselingWorking with patients with chronic medical conditionsAdvantages:Health Insurance BenefitsDental and Vision Benefits401K with Company MatchingFree Professional DevelopmentFree Supervision by licensed MDWorking Conditions: Primary care clinics are dynamic clinical environments.
