Full Time position, Day shift, 40 hours per week plus overtime.

POSITION SUMMARY

Assemble pre-cut components into high-end custom Vinyl Window Shutters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To build louver, panel, and board and batten shutters to the precise specifications.

Must be able to run pneumatic or electrical tools.

Know how to use an electric drill.

May be required to repair wood using Bondo filler.

To verify orders with paperwork, inspect and sand shutter pieces as needed.

Carry out all tasks with the highest regard for quality and safety.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and personnel as well as other employees.

Previous experience with hand tools, miter and table saw.

Be able to read a tape measure.

Must be able to work in airborne sawdust as well as in hot, cold, wet, humid, and loud environments for long periods of time.

Be able to work on concrete floor (10 hours).

Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift to 75 pounds.

Must have a full range of body movements, turning, twisting, bending arms, legs, wrist, hands, and fingers.

Must be able to read and understand all safety training.

Have reliable transportation to work.

Hiring Requirements: Must be 18 years old, and be able to pass a Drug Testing/Screening and E-verify. No experience required.
