The Senior UX Research Professional designs and executes research for digital products including website and native mobile app. Uses generative, formative, and summative research to guide UX and Visual Designers, Copywriters, Content Strategists, Digital Product Managers, and Stakeholders on strategy, approach, and execution of an exceptional user experience. Identifies knowledge gaps and develops research roadmap. Supports research team operations. Work independently and collaboratively.
Required Qualifications

• 
  5+ years of qualitative user research in a digital product/UX environment
  
  
• 
  Strong knowledge and application of user-research techniques
  
  
• 
  Experience with unmoderated UX research and survey tools
  
  
• 
  Passionate about evangelizing research and instilling empathy
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated ability to work with and influence stakeholders to determine strategy in the digital space
  
  
• 
  Experience working with business, technical, design, and legal constraints
  
  
• 
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  
• 
  Well-organized
  
  
• 
  Working knowledge of market research, segmentation, Voice of Customer, and analytics
  
  
• 
  Basic business acumen

    Prior research experience with seniors, caregivers, and patients with chronic conditions

    Prior work experience in healthcare, insurance, and industries with legal and compliance constraints

    Pay Range
    The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$93,000 - $128,000 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
