Our client, a global technology company specializing in hyperscale data center development , is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager, you will be part of the Construction & Cost Management organization , supporting General Contractor teams, Project Controls, Safety, Quality, and Environmental stakeholders .The ideal candidate will have strong influencing skills , collaborative leadership , and exceptional communication abilities , which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Construction Safety Manager Location: Milwaukee, WI Pay Range: $88 - $96 per hour What’s the Job? Serve as the client’s field-level safety representative on ground-up hyperscale data center projects Ensure General Contractors comply with global construction safety policies , permits, and high-risk activity controls Conduct daily site safety observations , audits, and reporting with actionable insights Participate in Level 1–3 project planning meetings , look-ahead planning, and daily activity briefings Coach and influence contractor leadership to foster an “Olympic-level” safety culture without direct authority What’s Needed? 10 years of construction safety experience in large-scale or complex project environments 5 years in construction safety management and field safety observations/auditing Experience managing high-risk activities (LOTO, work at heights, electrical, rigging) Preferred certifications: CSP, CHST , or equivalent safety credentials Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, coach, and collaborate across teams What’s in it for me?
