Job Description Dermatologist/Mohs Surgeon (BC/BE) - Fort Atkinson, WI Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite) Practice Setting: Outpatient Dermatology Clinic Schedule: Full-Time | 36 Patient Contact Hours per Week | 1 Administrative Day Job Summary: We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist or Mohs Surgeon to join a well-established, multi-specialty medical group in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. This opportunity is ideal for physicians interested in a high-volume outpatient dermatology practice supported by a collaborative, physician-led organization. The dermatologist will provide comprehensive medical and procedural dermatology services while working closely with primary care providers and specialty colleagues to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive outpatient dermatology care, including medical and procedural services. - Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions. - Perform dermatologic procedures; Mohs surgery experience preferred but not required. - Manage an average of 28-32 outpatient visits per day. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. - Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive skin care. - Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists to ensure continuity of care. - Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EMR. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical collaboration activities. Qualifications: - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). - Completion of an ACGME-accredited Dermatology residency program. - Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology; Mohs fellowship a plus. - Active Wisconsin medical license or ability to obtain. - Strong clinical, procedural, and diagnostic skills. - Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities. - Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
