We provide long-term career support and valuable benefits, including: Competitive pay - $25.35 to $38.03 per hour Tuition reimbursement - $10,000 (paid over four years) Clinican will help at local high school Referral bonus - $500 Shift differentials & additional incentives Must live 100 miles away to be eligible Full suite of benefits & retirement plan Licence & certification reimbursement Education & credentialing support Key Responsibilities As an Physical Therapist you will: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions and create personalized treatment plans Implement various physical therapy techniques, exercises, and activities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility Utilize specialized equipment and assistive devices as needed Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and strategies for continued improvement outside of therapy sessions Document accurately and maintain detailed records of patients' progress and treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care Stay updated on the latest advancements and innovations in physical therapy techniques and treatments Follow all legal and ethical guidelines related to patient care and privacy Schedule Details: Day Shift: 8-hour shift Full-time, permanent placement. Qualifications Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin Proven work experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a clinical/school setting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess patients' needs and develop effective treatment plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and maintain relationships with students, their families, and healthcare professionals Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment Why Work in Beloit, WI?
