The ideal candidate will possess expertise in meat cutting techniques, a strong understanding of safety and sanitation regulations, and a passion for food service excellence. Perform precise cutting of beef, pork, poultry, and other meats according to company standards and customer preferences. Ensure the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment, complying with all company and regulatory policies. Inspect meat products for quality and manage inventory to maximize freshness and minimize waste. Collaborate with team members and management to optimize the meat department's efficiency and quality of output. Provide guidance and training to less experienced staff in meat cutting techniques and safety protocols. Proficient in various meat cutting techniques and tools (e.g., knives, saws, and grinders).
