This role involves delivering exceptional patient care within our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, as well as possibly extending services to home health and hospice care settings based on patient needs. As part of our team, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive treatment and care that supports recovery and well-being. The position requires a patient-focused approach, aiming to deliver tailored healthcare plans and interventions based on individual patient assessments.
