Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care. Administer patients’ medications and treatments. Attend to ventilators and other life support equipment. Communicate with families regarding the condition of their loved one. Maintain patient records and prepare reports on patients' status. Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to adjust treatment plans. Ensure that all safety and infection control protocols are followed.
