Monitor patients using telemetry equipment and observe and record heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels. Analyze and interpret the data collected to implement the nursing care plan effectively. Communicate effectively with patients, family, and other healthcare professionals to assure quality and continuity of care. Administer medications and perform routine nursing care to support patient health and recovery. Identify and promptly address any complications or emergencies, following established protocols. Educate patients and their families on managing their condition and post-treatment home care needs. Document all patient interventions and communications in the patient health electronic record system, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Proficiency in using telemetry and other medical equipment required for monitoring. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Compassionate patient care with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
