This position offers the unique opportunity to balance work-life by concentrating your work hours during weekends, ensuring our commitment to the well-being of our patients and staff alike. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and prioritize patient care based on acute needs. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Modify plans as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Record patient vital signs, medical information, and care provided in patient medical records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient care, sharing insights and observations regarding patient needs. Educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits, creating an environment that fosters open communication. Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
