Connecting. Growing together. The Claims Clerk will work on-site in an office setting, handling administrative tasks and providing support to various departments. This position is full time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 115 W. WAUSAU AVE., WAUSAU, WI. - - Primary Responsibilities: Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate departments and personnel. Handle live checks with utmost care, following detailed instructions with 100% accuracy, including opening, sorting, and scanning them for record-keeping and processing. Accurately input and update information related to mail and package deliveries in the company's tracking system. Scan and digitize important documents, including live checks, ensuring they are properly archived and accessible. Collaborate with various departments and team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of mail and packages. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding mail handling and data security. - - You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED OR 2+ years of equivalent experience Must be 18 years of age or older. Basic experience with computer and Windows personal computer applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications Experience working with a computer as a main business tool Ability to work onsite at 115 W.
