Job Summary The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies for business and recruitment of new employees. They will plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high quality candidates and assist with campaign development. Summary of essential Job functions Creatively and effectively source, prescreen and identify highly qualified candidates at all job levels Provide recruiting administrative support to business as needed with tasks like scheduling interviews, coordinating advertising campaigns, and preparing documentation Develop effective recruiting plans and strategies Source applicants through various methods (ex. Advertising, social media, career fairs, job site presentations) Review resumes, pre-screen job candidates, schedule and coordinate interviews of qualified candidates as well as manage all communication with candidates and hiring managers Assist with developing job descriptions, job specifications, competencies and skills required in each job Create job postings that accurately describe each role Communicate in an effective, timely manner with all applicants Support Marketing social media strategy with recruitment and talent acquisition messaging Building and maintaining relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates Partner with the business in a confidential, professional, and timely manner Build positive relationships on trust Stay current with sourcing and industry trends Support the development and implementation of talent development initiatives Lead engaging interviews and coach hiring leaders through the process Ensure data is handled confidentially Summary of secondary Job functions Support and back up various HR responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications required Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, Marketing or Business Management; or prior recruiting experience (1-2+ years) strongly preferred 1+ Year of exposure in recruiting, general principle of recruiting, and candidate sourcing strategies Experience recruiting in Manufacturing strongly preferred Experience using social media techniques and strategies to find top talent Successful experience in building and managing a diverse candidate pool Proven track record of matching great talent to career opportunities and culture Experience maintaining applicant tracking system is a plus Ability to connect with and effectively communicate with people of all levels Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent Exposure or experience with other Human Resources functional areas Highly skilled at planning and organization Able to form strong relationships and collaborate effectively Effective communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a must Acts with integrity and represents the company in a positive light on and off site High School Diploma/GED Required.
