We aim to increase revenue opportunities for our partners across the U.S. With 50 years of experience, SSA is committed to sustainability, inclusivity, and innovation, transforming the cultural attraction industry.Founded by families, for families, SSA emphasizes customized best practices to elevate standards and support community and guest needs.Responsibilities - Lead and supervise department managers to meet operational needs including financial, staffing, product, and client expectations.
- Manage scheduling for management personnel.
- Develop training standards for alcohol service, customer service, safety, and harassment prevention.
- Conduct management meetings and training sessions to ensure staff are well-trained.
- Coordinate with culinary and retail teams to monitor inventory and budgets.
- Act as the main liaison between the client and SSA, maintaining positive relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance guest experience and operational performance.
- Attend client meetings and report to regional managers.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage invoices, cash reconciliation, inventory, and payroll reports.
- Forecast sales, analyze performance, and manage payroll and profits within guidelines.
- Drive revenue growth, control costs, and strategize on new revenue opportunities.
- Ensure excellent guest service through SSA's EXTRA Guest Service standards.
- Oversee daily operations across departments based on contract specifics.
- Maintain knowledge of contractual obligations and support legal compliance.
- Support employee discipline, updates to operating manuals, and event planning.
- Manage menu design, pricing, and long-term planning.
- Lead capital projects and legal business needs in partnership with HQ.
- Promote inclusivity, sustainability, and community engagement within the unit.
- Perform other duties as necessary.Job Requirements
