Its your timehelp us bring rehabilitation in house.BENEFITS: (dependent on your work status)* Competitive Pay* Medical, Dental and Vision* Health Savings Account* Paid Time Off* PayActiv On demand access to earned wages* Retirement match (up to 4%)ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* Conducts comprehensive assessments to establish individuals strengths, limitations and treatment plans to improve their well-being, health, and quality of life.* Develop the appropriate therapy treatment intervention based on the needs of the individual, in addition report progress of long- and short-term treatment goals.* Introduce new skills and approaches for individuals to achieve in daily life.* Evaluate individuals living space and/or other environment to ensure treatment plans meet safety protocol as well as consistent with the individuals resources.* Provides support, counsel, advice, training and education for individuals, family, caregivers and other professionals on the importance of being consistent with therapy treatment plans.* Efficiently assembles extensive documentation on individuals progress, care services and therapy adjustments, when necessary, that aligns with standard medical documentation and facility protocol/procedures documentation.* Collaboratively work with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.* Must display excellent active listening skills, critical thinking skills, verbal/written communication skills, time management skills.* Must display compassion, integrity and respect to all individuals.* Supporting additional responsibilities and/or tasks as needed for the department.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:* Physically, be able to lift, transfer and assist patients while providing therapy interventions during physical activity.* Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25lbs, including assisting individuals when needed.* Ability to visually be able to perform job duties, including examining individuals and reading information from printed sources and computer screens.OTHER REQUIREMENTS:* Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.* Licenses/Certifications: Must hold an active and in good standing Wisconsin Occupational Therapist License and CPR Certification.* Follows/adheres to organization, federal, and state regulations and guidelines, including Resident/Client rights* Maintains neat, well-groomed appearance, adhering to dress code of organization/programby Jobble More...
