Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with customer experience teams to guide policyholders through the claims process
Review veterinary bills for accuracy and assess coverage for claimed costs
Investigate claims and communicate with veterinary providers for additional information as needed

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a veterinary medical professional or veterinary technician
Ability to interpret and analyze documents and insurance policies
Self-motivated team player with a fast learning ability
Eligible to be licensed as a Property & Casualty adjuster
