Description:CNC Supervisor$28 to $36 per hourAsk us about our Sign on Bonus of $5000Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Supervisors to join our team. As a CNC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all CNC machines are operating efficiently and effectively, and managing a team of CNC operators.Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of CNC operators to ensure that production goals are met- Monitor and maintain the quality of products produced by the CNC machines- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the team- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met- Train new CNC operators on machine operation and safety procedures- Maintain accurate records of production data and machine maintenanceRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred- Strong knowledge of CNC machines and programming languages- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsIf you are a highly motivated and skilled CNC Supervisor looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
