• Setup and Operation of CNC vertical machining centers
• Setup and Operation of horizontal lathes
• MDI (Manual Data Input) programming, using
• Inspection using manual gauges and instruments
• Understanding of GD&T and ability to read 2-D drawings
• Monitor an inspect the part throughout the machining process
• Observe all company quality and safety procedures
• Communicates and collaborates with team members in the sharing of information and solving technical issues
• Participates in Lean manufacturing eventsCNC Mills Machinist Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
  • Setup CNC Machines experience required
  • Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
  • Flexible, ability to work in a fast-pace team environment
  • Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
  • Great communication skills
