With a commitment to innovation and quality, we are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team and contribute to our continued success.Job Responsibilities: As a CNC Maintenance Technician at Diamond Precision Products you will be responsible for:Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Haas, Dooson, and Mori Seiki CNC equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.Conducting preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, calibration, and inspections to prevent equipment failures and extend machine lifespan.Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment.Collaborating with the production team to address equipment issues promptly and efficiently.Keeping accurate maintenance records and documentation of all repairs and maintenance activities.Recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance machine performance and reliability.Assisting in the installation and setup of new CNC equipment as needed.Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Requirements: Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have:Proven experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician, preferably with hands-on experience working on Haas, Dooson, and Mori Seiki equipment.Strong knowledge of CNC machinery operations, mechanics, electronics, and controls.Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues related to CNC equipment.Familiarity with reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.Excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report maintenance activities.High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification or degree is a plus.Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines.Why Join Us:This is a 1st shift position.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge CNC equipment in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Collaborative and inclusive company culture that values employee contributions.Room for professional growth and skill development within a well-established organization.Overtime is available, but not required.If you're a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician with experience working on Haas, Dooson, and Mori Seiki equipment, we'd love to hear from you.
