What We Offer You:

• Starting Hourly Rate $19.00+ based on experience (3rd shift offers $2/hour shift differential).

• Quarterly attendance bonuses. What You Will Do:
  
  The Assembler performs tasks that are necessary to the production process by independently aiding in the fabrication, inspection, and packaging of component parts and products.
  • Pull parts to assemble, test, and skid/pack per drawings, specifications, and procedures.
  • Assemble finished products from blueprints to the specification indicated on the blueprints.
  • Prepare units for shipment. Construct skids and boxes as required. Paints, stencils, and affixes nameplates as required.
  • Maintain tools and equipment provided for the assembly operations.
  • Maintain work area in an organized manner.
  • Comply with all the ISO 9001 Quality standards, policies, and procedures of API. What You Bring:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
    • Mechanical aptitude and a functional knowledge of hand tools.
    • Ability to read blueprints and use tape measure.
    • Ability to lift 50lbs.
