Specific components of the program include, review / evaluation of the operational framework, processes, and execution, including model and assumptions. Primary areas of review include, but may not be limited to the following: - Capital, liquidity, interest rate, and balance sheet risk; - Fund transfer pricing practices; - Investment practices; and - Credit / CECL related stress testing. The scope of review includes adherence to regulatory guidance and reporting rules, consistency with internal policies, and alignment with industry practices.This position is a hybrid role with weekly in-office expectations. Due to those work requirements, candidates must be located in Milwaukee, WI or Green Bay, WI.We invite you to view the opportunity below.As a Manager, Finance (ALCO) and Stress Testing Risk Oversight, you will: - Evaluates the soundness of risk methodology and stress testing assumptions, accuracy of risk measurement, and appropriateness of risk limits.
- Assists in the design, implementation and evaluation of an independent assessment of all aspects of financial, balance sheet, capital, and liquidity risks.
- Sourcing internal data and conducting statistical analysis in support of monitoring activities including risk limit levels.
- Provides advice and guidance to assigned business/group on implementation of the risk framework, including effective challenge.
- Reviews risk metrics and processes to identify potential emerging risks or areas of the governance framework requiring enhancement as well as opportunities for strengthening practices.
- Partners with Finance, Treasury, Credit, and Enterprise Risk Management to promote an effective risk management framework.
- Identifies where corrective actions are required and escalates per guidelines; ensures corrective action is taken as necessary.
- Leads and integrates the monitoring, measurement & reporting on the status of the market risk governance program to internal & external stakeholders.
- Aids in the preparation of presentation materials for the Board and senior management risk committees.
- Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of business, industry and related risk management requirements / best practices / trends and legislative/ regulatory directives and guidance.
- Represents the risk program / governance structure during internal/external regulatory audits and/or examinations.Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Finance, Accounting, or Risk Management. Required.
- Master's Degree Business or Finance. Preferred.Experience
