As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual HR Manager to join our team and support our diverse workforce.Position Overview:The Bilingual HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within our food manufacturing facility. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and experience working in a manufacturing environment.Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Oversee performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal setting. Maintain accurate HR records and data, including employee files and payroll information. Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Partner with department managers to address staffing needs and workforce planning. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies and procedures. Stay current on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Experience managing employee relations issues and conflict resolution. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. SHRM certification or similar HR certification preferred.
