This position will formulate and define system scope and objectives to develop or modify information systems. They'll implement systems into production for on-going operations while identifying any need for system changes and provide incident management and resolution to system-wide information system issues. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within Minnesota or Wisconsin as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: - Estimate, design, build, test, implement and maintain HL7 interfaces, APIs, Workday integrations, workload automation jobs, secure file transfers and Epic BCA
- Work with business, external business partners and IT stakeholders to document requirements, and facilitate discussions for requirement, design and build signoffs
- Create and maintain technical, project and support documentation
- Troubleshoot and fix issues in production and non-production environments
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for all applications in team application portfolio
- Understand and adhere to security and data privacy policies and procedures
- Understand and comply with IT policies and procedures
- Learn new technology and stay current with technology trends
- Collaborate with and assist team members in developing optimal integration solutions and issue resolutions
- Build relationship with cross-functional teams for project and day-to-day work
- Participate and contribute to developing and maturing data and integration architecture and framework You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of software/application integration experience (in a professional or educational setting)
- 1+ years of coding and/or programming experience (in a professional or educational setting) Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, paradigms, and software design patterns
- Experience in Web Services and APIs (SOAP, REST, WSDL, JSON, XML, XSLT, etc.) a plus
- Experience other integration tools such as Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, Inter Systems Integration Engine, MuleSoft, TIBCO a plus
- Some experience in databases (Relational/NOSQL)
