The Communications Business Partner serves as the business partner to business line or support unit leadership, providing core communications service supporting the strategic needs of the organization.This person will also: - Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders identify, prioritize, build and deliver internal and external communications strategies for key initiatives, announcements, interventions and other communications on an as-needed basis.
- Develop end-to-end delivery of timely, targeted and effective communication projects, accurately interpreting, translating and writing a range of materials in suitable formats for a variety of audiences.
- Manage special projects and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage the coordination of the business' communications delivery through internal communications, executive communications, public relations and digital marketing channels.
- Measure effectiveness of business line communications activity and recommend improvements where appropriate.
- Responsible for fully understanding and following established communications protocol to effectively and efficiently publicize appropriate messages and information for response to critical incidents as well as standard communications.
- Serve as a liaison to the business line and Internal Communications to ensure communication services are aligned with internal customer needs.Review the qualifications listed below:Education
- Bachelor's Degree Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or Business. RequiredExperience
- 4-7 years Banking, corporate communications, marketing, journalism or public relations with strong writing. Required
