We invite you to view the opportunity below.The Default Services Technician will handle foreclosure claims, managing expenses and fees, and submitting claims to loan investors. Responsibilities will include timely mail correspondence, assisting customers with documentation, accurate claim submissions, and maintaining compliance with guidelines. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders and addressing customer inquiries. Additionally, duties encompass ensuring accuracy in reporting, processing documents, and providing regular feedback reports.This person will: - Review, prepare, and send or deliver mail correspondence/documents promptly.
- Pre-screen assistance and Release of Liability applications, assisting customers in completing necessary documentation.
- Submit PMI and GSE claims accurately and within specified timelines.
- Complete weekly and monthly reporting, ensuring accuracy in account information.
- Activate accounts into the appropriate status to comply with State, Federal, Regulatory, Investor, and Bank guidelines and timelines.
- Collaborate with Attorneys, Appraisal Companies, Title Companies, investors, PMI networks, customers, etc. as necessary.
- Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Bank, audit, regulatory, and investor guidelines.
- Review documents submitted for LM workouts and release of liability requests, liaising with customers or other parties as required.Review the qualifications listed below:Education
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required.Experience
